New first-year and transfer undergraduate international applicants are eligible for scholarship consideration based on the following criteria. To be considered, students must meet all requirements for full or conditional admission; award is available for a maximum of eight semesters. Awards are given based on evaluation of academic records at the time of admission to NDSU by determining the U.S. cumulative Grade Point Average (cGPA) equivalent of the applicant.
3.5 - 4.0 U.S. cGPA equivalent: $12,000 ($1,500/semester)
3.0 - 3.49 U.S. cGPA equivalent: $8,000 ($1,000/semester)
Please note, you must first have received an admission letter from NDSU before you can apply for the scholarship,
You must also complete the General Application in the award system before you can become eligible for the award.
You must be admitted to NDSU by July 1 (for August start) or January 1 (for January start).
