Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship you must
have an English proficiency test score of 7 or higher for IELTS OR 100 on the internet based TOEFL
be enrolled in the federal free or reduced price lunch program
be eligible to receive an SAT testing fee waiver
be a ward of the state or an orphan; or your annual family income must fall within the Income eligibility guidelines set by the USDA Food and Nutrition Service.
provide a supporting statement from a school official, college access counsellor, financial aid officer, or community leader.
