Loyola University Chicago’s one-year Rule of Law for Development program (PRO LAW) will prepare you for jobs in the U.S. and abroad in the growing rule of law and development field, connecting you to an engaged network of rule of law practitioners faculty and graduates from 60+ countries. Our innovative online program offers master’s degrees for both attorneys and other professionals, with an optional immersion at Loyola’s campus in Rome, Italy. PRO LAW offers several tuition awards for exceptionally qualified students of any nationality, who demonstrate outstanding academic or professional merit, and financial need. All scholarships are partial tuition awards.
