Summary
The University of Newcastle International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (UNIPRS) are funded by the Research Division.
The application is open to students from all countries with the exception of Australian and New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents.
Benefits
The scheme offers is a fully funded scholarship that covers the following;
tuition fees,
basic medical insurance
faculty funded living allowance of $19,231 per year
Eligibility
To be eligible, all candidates are expected to meet the conditions as follows;
Apply by the closing date
Meet the University’s English proficiency requirement by the closing date
A Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 5.25 out of 7 in the last two calendar years of undergraduate degree
Have research work experience
Should have a published research work – points are given for refereed research journal articles, book chapters, research related conference publications, research related exhibitions and patents.
