Summary:
The Mastercard Foundation, in partnership with Arizona State University, is offering scholarships for professional certificates.
The new Mastercard Foundation Scholars will pursue ASU degrees online with in-person support and wrap-around services from Kepler College in Rwanda, blending flexible online learning with personalized guidance and community engagement.
A strong expectation of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program is that participants use the skills and education they gain to contribute to their communities, fostering social and economic growth in their home countries.
Eligibilities:
To be considered for the Mastercard ASU Online Graduate Certificate 2026, you must:
Must meet ASU admissions requirements.
Must be an African citizen between the ages of 18 and 33 who is committed to ethical leadership and community engagement.
Proven leadership, service, and academic excellence.
Undergraduate degree earned by July 2026.
No prior graduate degree started or completed.
Must reside in Rwanda for the program duration.
