Netherlands is offering undergraduate and masters scholarships for international students (HAN University Scholarships (2025)

Summary

HAN University offers various scholarship opportunities to international students who want to pursue their undergraduate or master’s degrees in the school.

• HAN NL Scholarship: This scholarship requires a second application and it’s given in the first semester

• Honours scholarship: this scholarship does not require an application and it’s given in the second semester.

Benefit

The scholarship benefits are dependent on the scholarship type you qualify for. 

• For Bachelors students: 

HAN NL Scholarship: (€ 12,500) Non-EU/EEA students

Honors Scholarship: (€ 7,500) Non-EU/EEA students who didn’t get a scholarship in the 1st year

• For Masters Students:

HAN NL Scholarship: (€ 5000) Non-EU/EEA students

Honors Scholarship: (€ 2,500) Non-EU/EEA students who didn’t get a scholarship in the 1st year

Eligibility

You are a national of a country outside the EU/EEA

• You do not have a degree from an  education institution in the Netherlands

• You have not previously been enrolled in a degree at a university or university of applied sciences in the Netherlands

• You have been accepted into a full-time English-taught degree program at HAN

• You have an IELTS score of at least 6.5, a TOEFL iBT score of at least 90 or a Cambridge Certificate (CAE or CPE)
