Summary

The University of Michigan High Potential Scholarship will provide 150 international students studying abroad for undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral degrees with partial grants worth $35,000 apiece in 2024. Tuition fee reduction, a monthly stipend, free housing, $25,000 for living expenses, $700 for health insurance, and $210 for visa sponsorship are all included in this, to provide significant financial support for pursuing a complete degree program at the University of Michigan.

Eligibility:

This award is selective, looking for unique applicants. You are the ideal applicant if you:

  • Meet the requirements for a U.S. visa and are not citizens of the United States, the European Union/EEA, Switzerland, or Surinam.

  • Have submitted an application to the University of Michigan for a full-time program for the 2024–2025 academic year.

  • Display remarkable scholastic accomplishments and rank in the top 5% of applicants.

  • Have never attended a degree-seeking program in the United States, however, participants in exchange programs are accepted.

  • You must be younger than 45 on September 1, 2024.
