Brief Description
Digital Lab Africa, the first mentorship and incubation program for African creatives Digital and innovative content, is now accepting applications from African creatives willing to participate in mentorship and incubation program. The program is focused on arming emerging talent with the support and wide network of the DLA ecosystem, under the management of Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct and the support of the Agence Francaise de Development.
The mentorship and incubation program will cover 5 main categories namely, Immersive Experience, Video games, Music, Animation and Digital Art. African Artists, producers, designers, collectives, students and entrepreneurs in the creative and cultural industries are eligible to apply.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Digital Lab Africa internship and incubation programme, you must:
Be an artist, producer, designer, collect, student, entrepreneur or student from any part of Africa.
Be interested in/active in the creative or cultural industries.

Deadline
The deadline for animation and immersive experience (XR) is April 4, 2021 while the deadline for video, digital art, music categories is July 11, 2021.
